SUMMARY:Forest Bathing Adventures for Families
DESCRIPTION:Bring the whole family on a forest bathing adventure to help them de-stress\, deepen their curiosity\, and look at the woods in wondrous new ways. “Forest bathing” is the English translation of the Japanese term Shinrin-yoku\, the meditative practice of slowing down and engaging the senses in nature as a means of achieving better health. During this group session we will explore\, play\, share\, and restore through guided activities\, so walk\, jump\, or crawl to the park. We finish the session with a tea ceremony and snacks. \nIt is $49 for a family of 4 or 4 guests.
